We are a non-profit organization founded in 2012 in Kyiv, Ukraine. Since our inception, our primary objective has been the pro-bono representation of applicants before the European Court of Human Rights. We take pride in our work on landmark cases such as "Serhii and Dmitry Pavlychenko v. Ukraine," "Moskalenko v. Ukraine," "Kolbatov v. Ukraine," and many others.
We actively engage in pro-bono projects at the national level, focusing on the defense of human rights. We aim to seek restitution for damages caused by the ruscist’s military crimes against Ukraine. Our involvement in such projects reflects our commitment to justice and the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms in Ukraine.
We also emphasize legal education. Our organization actively conducts lectures, webinars, and podcasts to raise awareness about human rights and legal issues. We support informative resources, making legal expertise accessible to all.
